John 15:9-11
Jesus said to his disciples: "As the Father loves me, so I also love you. Remain in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.
"I have told you this so that my joy might be in you and your joy might be complete."

Today's prayer intention is for an end to abortion and the use of contraception.
"If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love..."
God wants you to be joyful, which is such a contradiction to what we hear in today's world. In fact, the means in which we will achieve that joy is contradictory as well (obedience... are you kidding me?)
It's a hard way to share in His joy, but would you rather share in His joy or take your whole life searching for it and coming up empty?
